David A. Cautilli, M.D. – Hand Surgery
Dr. David Cautilli prides himself on being a perfectionist, paying great attention to small details. His degree in Civil Engineering gives him a unique understanding of the mechanics of the hand and wrist, enabling him to better restore your hand function.
Dr. David Cautilli received his Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship training at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky, a premier international hand surgery facility. He also holds a Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand and is Board Certified in both hand and orthopaedic surgery.
Dr. David Cautilli has a particular interest and expertise in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. He regularly performs minimally invasive, single incision, endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, and was one of the first hand surgeons to perform the procedure in Bucks County. He is an active consultant to the medical device industry and helped design and modify this minimally invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery.
